Option 1: Visit Our Store (Free)

Customers can visit our store directly to return or exchange the product at no additional cost. Our team will assist you in completing the process quickly and smoothly.

Option 2: Pickup Service (AED 25)

If visiting the store is not convenient, Ripples can arrange a pickup from your location. A pickup charge of AED 25 will be applicable for this service. Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and contact you to confirm the return or exchange process.
