Welcome to Ripples ME. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at https://ripplesme.com/, including all purchases and services. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.
Ripples ME is a fashion e-commerce brand offering clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Ripples ME (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
To use our Website and place orders, you must:
● Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
● Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
● Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout
● Not be prohibited from using e-commerce services under UAE law or your country’s laws
3. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration purposes — minor colour or texture variations may occur. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of applicable VAT.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
International orders may be subject to customs duties payable by the customer.
Promotions & Discounts:
● Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers
● Ripples ME may withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice
● Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation and account suspension
4. Orders & Payments
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your items. We accept:
● Visa, Mastercard, American Express
● Apple Pay & Google Pay
● Cash on Delivery (eligible UAE zones)
● Buy Now, Pay Later (via approved providers)
● Store credit & gift vouchers
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
5. Shipping & Delivery
● Standard UAE Delivery: 1-2 business days
● International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Ripples ME is not liable for courier delays, customs holdups, or force majeure events. If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us within 48 hours.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items:
● Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear
● Pierced jewellery & earrings
● Final Sale or Clearance items
● Gift cards and vouchers
● Worn, damaged, or altered items
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. COD orders receive store credit or bank transfer.
7. Order Cancellation
Contact us immediately to cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, standard returns apply.
We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, payment failure, or delivery restrictions. A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at (place it with the mail id or any supporting contacts) if you suspect unauthorised access. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or return policies is a violation of these Termand may result in account termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website content — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the exclusive property of Ripples ME and protected under UAE intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
● Submit false or fraudulent information
● Hack, disrupt, or misuse the Website
● Use bots or automated tools to place orders
● Abuse return or promotions policies (e.g. wardrobing)
● Impersonate Ripples ME staff or other users
● Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
11. Limitation of Liability
Ripples ME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website. We do not sell or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, including the Dubai Courts where applicable.
